Press ALT+F8, then do all the steps above, then a window like below will be shown
Choose the last to show all shorcut for all menu.

My notebook has a 2 GB RAM, but sometimes failed to use hibernation.
But after running a patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909095, all went well, so, if you are using windows XP and RAM more than 2 GB better have it.
If you need a faster way to access the fonts folder for copying or browsing what fonts you have, just type at START-RUN then typing FONTS and pressing ENTER, buum.. right away to the fonts folder, enjoy

This two shortkeys quite very useful for me, and I use them quite a lot, especially for my accounting data
