To show the windows task manager, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, this is useful when you need to kill or end some application that went hang

If you prefer a syntax to type on run or for creating a shortcut use START-RUN type TASKMGR and press ENTER

Sometime old application that still using 16 bit coding will freeze windows, search for WOWEXEC in task manager to find whether a 16 bit applications are running
